BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase replacement components for step screens at the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant, from Huber Technology, Inc., a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,343.86, be and hereby is approved for payment to Huber Technology, Inc., from account # 4002 - 303402 - 76101, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
