BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc., Lafayette High School Track & Field Booster Club, Inc., Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association, Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc., Julius Marks PTA, Inc., Girls on the Run, Friends for Skateparks, Kentucky Chinese American Association, Inc., Lexington Rescue Mission, Bluegrass Community Foundation, Lexington Fashion Collaborative, Inc. and Community Action Council c/o Senior Corp., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. ($1,225.00), Lafayette High School Track & Field Booster Club, Inc. ($800.00), Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association ($800.00), Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc. ($750.00), Julius Marks PTA, Inc. ($900.00), Girls on the Run ($1,125.00), Friends for Skateparks ($650.00), Kentucky Chinese American Association, Inc. ($800.00), Lexington Rescue Mission ($975.00), Bluegrass Community Foundation ($1,375.00), Lexington Fashion Collaborative, Inc. ($1,000.00) and Community Action Council c/o Senior Corp.                      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
