BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept deeds and to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of property interests to facilitate construction of the Armstrong Mill Road Sidewalk Project 151.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,000.00, be and hereby is approved as project authorization funds for the Armstrong Mill Road Sidewalk Project 151, from account #3160-303202-3251-91715.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
