BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:

James Schultze, Treatment Plant Operator, Grade 515N, $20.990 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective February 3, 2020.

 

Willie Dixon, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $12.946 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Daymarcus Byrd, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $13.269 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Stephen Fogle, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $12.787 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

                     Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 May begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
