BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 656-2019 is hereby amended to read as follows:
That an amount not to exceed the sum of $222,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the WSP USA, Inc. from account #3160-160705-71299, pursuant to terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
