BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and direct to execute the Rental Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Fayette County Board of Education for a testing site to be used to conduct initial Fire testing for potential Fire Recruits, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Fayette County Board of Education from account # 1101-160502-1823-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
