Summary
Authorization to amend existing Contract with Metaformers to increase monthly managed services support from 80 hours to 100 hours and to approve "conversion letter", acknowledging that Mythics (Oracle reseller) will convert existing Oracle cloud subscription services to new Oracle cloud subscription. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Mid Term Conversion Letter, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Oracle America, Inc., and Mythics, Inc., to allow the Urban County Government's' data to be migrated to a new cloud hosting environment.
