BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Bachman Auto Group in the amount of $68,945.20, for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $68,945.20, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bachman Auto Group, from account #2610-505702-96957, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
