BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass, Inc., McConnell’s Trace Neighborhood Association, Inc., Leestown Middle School PTSA, Inc., Southland Jamboree, Black Males Working Academy, Inc., and North Limestone Community Development Corp., Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($1,125.00), McConnell’s Trace Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($600.00), Leestown Middle School PTSA, Inc. ($800.00), Southland Jamboree ($950.00), Black Males Working Academy, Inc. ($650.00), and North Limestone Community Development Corp., Inc. ($350.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
