BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the bids of Accuprint, Inc.; Copy Express; Warner’s Printing Service, LLC; Thoroughbred Printing; and Southeast Printing & Mailing, establishing price contracts for Printing, for the Division of Environmental Services, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
