BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of ZKB Services, LLC, in the amount of $43,750.00, for Installation of a Tornado Shelter, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $43,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to ZKB Services, LLC, from account #3200-505201-90511 ($24,015.00), and account #1115-707201-91012 ($19,735.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
