BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with United Data Technologies, Inc., to modernize the Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SharePoint productivity platforms.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum $53,214.00 in Fiscal Year 2019, and $56,670.00 in Fiscal Year 2020, be and hereby is approved for payment to United Data Technologies, Inc., from accounts 1115-210101-0001-71208, 1101-210101-0001-71208, and 1101-202505-0001-71208 pursuant to the terms of the Internet Service Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
