BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Third Amendment to Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Dentham-Blythe Company, extending for one (1) year, with one (1) optional renewal, the term of the lease for office space at 100 Trade Center Street, which is used for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Wellness Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $106,212.48 in Fiscal Year 2020 and $111,523.08 in Fiscal Year 2021, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dentham-Blythe Company from account 6002-160504-1841-71302, pursuant to the terms of the Third Amendment to Lease Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
