BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 -                      That the Division of Lexcall be and hereby is created in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer;

Section 2 - That the Division of Emergency Management be and hereby is created in the Department of Public Safety;

Section 3 - That the Division of Enhanced 911 be and hereby is created in the Department of Public Safety;

Section 4 - That the Division of Code Enforcement be and hereby is transferred from the Department of Planning, Preservation and Development to the Department of Public Safety;

Section 5 - That the Division of Building Inspection be and hereby is transferred from the Department of Planning, Preservation and Development to the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works;
