BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Bluegrass Recreational Sales and Installation, LLC; County Line Companies d/b/a PlayPros; Play and Park Structures; and David Williams and Associates, Inc., establishing price contracts for Outdoor Playground Equipment, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
