BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Amateur Athletic Union, Inc., Cardinal Valley Neighborhood Association, Nerd Squad, Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc., Childcare Development Centers of the Bluegrass, Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center, and Fayette County Neighborhood Council, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Amateur Athletic Union, Inc. ($150.00), Cardinal Valley Neighborhood Association ($1,200.00), Nerd Squad ($950.00), Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc. ($850.00), Childcare Development Centers of the Bluegrass ($650.00), Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center ($1,050.00), and Fayette County Neighborhood Council ($1,250.00), from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
