BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Meadowbrook Concrete, LLC, in the amount of $496,750.00, for Old Frankfort Pike Scenic Viewing Area, for the Division of Grants and Special Programs, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and the Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Meadowbrook Concrete, LLC , related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $496,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Meadowbrook Concrete, LLC, from account #3160-160201-90511, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its pas-sage.
