Summary

Authorization for approval of Change Order #1 to the Contract with Judy Construction Company for the Town Branch WWTP Digester Complex Improvements. Approval of this Change Order results in an increase of $53,958.58 to the original Contract. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Judy Construction Company, for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Primary Digester Complex Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $53,958.58, from $9,746,750.00 to $9,800,708.58.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $53,958.58, be and hereby is approved for payment to Judy Construction Company, from account #4003 -  303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
