BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Casa de la Cultura Kentucky, East End Community Development Corp., Lafayette High School Track & Field Booster Club, KY Chinese American Association, Inc., Sisters Road to Freedom, Lexington District Branch #23 of NABVETS, Inc., Martin Luther King Neighborhood Association, Inc., and The Lexington Academy of Barbering, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Casa de la Cultura Kentucky ($1,950.00), East End Community Development Corp. ($750.00), Lafayette High School Track & Field Booster Club ($675.00), KY Chinese American Association, Inc. ($950.00), Sisters Road to Freedom ($1,150.00), Lexington District Branch #23 of NABVETS, Inc. ($200.00), Martin Luther King Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($800.00) and The Lexington Academy of Barbering, Inc. ($250.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
