BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Southern Flooring, Inc., in the amount of $67,000.00, for the Gymnasium Floor Replacement at Charles Young Center, for the Department of General Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and the agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Southern Flooring, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $67,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Southern Flooring, Inc., from account #3120-707501-91012, pursuant to the terms of the bid and the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
