BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, for the Expansion Area 3 Trunk Sewer Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $1,017,000.00, from $2,916,807.49 to $3,933,807.49, and extending the date of completion to December 31, 2018.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,017,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
