BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Everbridge, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the Alert Notification System for Division of Emergency Management, and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Everbridge, Inc., related to the purchase of the Alert Notification System.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $73,548.30, be and hereby is approved for payment to Everbridge, Inc., from accounts #4204-505602-76101 ($15,750.00), #3200-505201-76102 ($30,331.51), #3200-505204-76102 ($15,750.00), and #1101-505204-76102 ($11,716.79), for the above services.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
