Summary
Authorization to execute agreements between Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Procare Software for the use of Cloud service and Tuition Express. The Cloud agreement will provide the consumers of the Division of Parks and Recreation's Extended School Program access to view personal account information and the Tuition Express component will allow consumers the ability to pay balances on-line. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Cloud Agreement and Merchant Transaction Processing Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Procare Software to allow the Division of Parks and Recreation's Extended School Program to use Cloud Service and Tuition Express Software.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $704.44 in Fiscal Year 2019, and $1,500.00 annually thereafter, be and hereby is approved for payment to Procare Software from account 4202-707606-7511-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Cloud Agreement and Merchant Transaction Processing Agreement.
