BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with WSP USA Inc., for the development of new traffic signal timing plans for twenty-three (23) traffic signals along Winchester Road (I-75 to Fortune Drive), Man o’ War Boulevard (Polo Club Boulevard to Todds Road), and Sir Barton Way in the Hamburg area.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $116,456.31 be and hereby is approved for payment to WSP USA Inc., from account #3160-303602-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
