BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Bluegrass Families First, Inc., Kentucky Conservancy Theatre, YMCA of Central Kentucky, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Inc., Salvation Army, Wellesley Heights Neighborhood Association and MLK Football League, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Families First, Inc. ($750.00), Kentucky Conservancy Theatre ($950.00), YMCA of Central Kentucky ($1,000.00), Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($500.00), Salvation Army ($300.00), Wellesley Heights Neighborhood Association ($250.00) and MLK Football League, Inc. ($1,150.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
