BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Romaine Companies, in the amount of $185,000.00, for a Body Scanner for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreement with Romaine Companies, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $185,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Romaine Companies, from account #5062-505402-95602 ($111,868.42)(contingent on the approval of a pending budget amendment), account #2606-505401-95602 ($63,591.22), and account #2604-505401-95602 ($9,540.36), pursuant to the terms of the bid and any agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
