BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase a Sulzer blower for the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant, from Southern Sales Company, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Southern Sales Company, Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $155,600.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Southern Sales Company, Inc., from account # 4003 - 303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
