WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to correct Budget related to purchase orders rolled to FY 2019 and purchase orders expensed to FY 2018:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to correct Budget related to purchase orders rolled to FY 2019 and purchase orders expensed to FY 2018, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_953,322.96_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_184,754.13_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Full Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_18,611.27_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Police Confiscated Federal Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_3,969.83_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Police Confiscate State Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_850.00_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Mineral Severance Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_248,073.36_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_207,848.28_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Water Quality Management Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_3,099.53_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Landfill Fund _to_ various accounts.

Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0007”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
