BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference to, 16th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School, Lexington Area Music Alliance, Inc., Down Syndrome Association of Central KY, Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association, 16th District PTA c/o Athens Chilesburg Elementary PTA, Lexarts, Inc., Feast on Equality, Inc., FDHS Track & Field Association, Inc., Kentucky Black Pride, Inc., and America in Bloom Lexington, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to 16th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School ($600.00), Lexington Area Music Alliance, Inc. ($1,375.00), Down Syndrome Association of Central KY ($950.00), Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association ($555.00), 16th District PTA c/o Athens Chilesburg Elementary PTA ($1,350.00), Lexarts, Inc. ($690.00), Feast on Equality, Inc. ($510.00), FDHS Track & Field Association, Inc. ($705.00), Kentucky Black Pride, Inc. ($400.00), and America in Bloom Lexington, Inc. ($1,000.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
