BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Council of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government does hereby approve and adopt substantial amendments to the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Annual Action Plans, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, decreasing funds for the AVOL Solomon House Rehabilitation Project ($39,140.00) and the Bluegrass.org Safe Haven Project ($7,322.44), the Bracktown Project ($14,951.10), the Canaan House Roof Project ($499.45), the 400 E. Fifth Street Clearance Project ($100,000.00), the Living Arts and Science Center Art Explorers Project ($904.17), the Leestown Road Water Line Extension Project ($13,192.89); and reallocating those funds to the Liberty Road Sidewalks Project ($75,511.60) and the Charles Young Center Gym Floor Project ($100,000.00).

                     Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in his discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget established herein.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
