BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky 911 Services Board (previously known as the Kentucky Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) Board), which Grant funds are in the amount of $66,079.89 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, are for the update and refresh of the Geo-Diverse Solacom ‘Host’ Controllers, for the Division of Enhanced 911, the acceptance of which obligates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of $7,342.20 as a local match.
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in his discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget previously established for this Grant.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
