BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of ABR Construction, Inc.; Bri-Den Roofing, a Tecta America Company; Pearce-Blackburn Roofing; and Tri-State Roofing & Sheet Metal Company, establishing price contracts for Roof Repairs and Maintenance, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
