BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Hillyard-Kentucky; Clint Chemical & Janitorial Supplies, Inc.; Kenway Distributors; Staples Business Advantage; and The Baldie Corporation, establishing price contracts for Janitorial Chemicals and Supplies, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
