BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Allstate Tower, Inc., in the amount of $27,560.00, for Installation of Meteorological Tower at Jacobson Park, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $27,560.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Allstate Tower, Inc., from account #3200-505201-91801, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
