BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc. d/b/a EcoGro; Green Solutions Landcare; Kelly Nursery, LLC; Klausing Group, LLC; Pack’s Nursery and Landscaping, LLC; and Wilson Nurseries, Inc., establishing price contracts for Horticultural Services, for the Division of Environmental Services, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
