BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Alton Blakley Ford-Lincoln-Mazda-Honda; Fleet Pride, Inc.; NAPA Auto Parts; TruckPro, LLC; O’Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. d/b/a O’Reilly Auto Parts; General Parts Distribution, LLC d/b/a Advance Auto Parts; and Bluegrass International, establishing price contracts for Filters, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
