BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Council of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government does hereby approve and adopt substantial amendments to the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Annual Action Plans, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, decreasing funds for the Douglass Park Youth Sports Project ($15,215) and the Oxford Circle Planning Project ($54,950), reallocating those funds to the Arbor Youth Services Street Outreach Project ($20,165) and the GreenHouse17 Supervised Visitation Services ($50,000).
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in his discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget established herein.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
