Section 1 - That the bids of Precision Traffic & Safety Systems; SES America, Inc.; Iron Armour, LLC; Traffic Parts, Inc.; Path Master, Inc.; J.Q.&G Inc. Company; Baldwin & Sours, Inc.; and Traffic Control Products, establishing price contracts for Traffic Signal Installation and Control Equipment, for the Division of Traffic Engineering, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
