BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Rafas Construction, LLC, in the amount of $44,680.00, for Construction of Detached Garage at Fire Station No. 11, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $44,680.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rafas Construction, LLC, from account #1105-505704-91017, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
