BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Dixie Restoration and Building Maintenance, LLC, in the amount of $129,250.00, for Loudon House Window Repairs, for the Division of Grants and Special Programs, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and the Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Dixie Restoration and Building Maintenance, LLC , related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $129,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dixie Restoration and Building Maintenance, LLC, from account #3120-707602-90511, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement and subject to the approval of a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
