Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Tanbark Association of Neighbors, Tates Creek Elementary PTA, Allegro Dance Project, Inc., Consolidated Baptist Church and Board of Trustees of Southern Heights Baptist Church of Lexington, for the Office of the Urban County Council
