BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:

Nicholas Thornton, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $14.245 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective December 18, 2017.

 

William Johnson, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $16.330 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective January 8, 2018.

 

Mark Grimes, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $16.397 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective January 8, 2018.

 

Maruice Harris, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $17.314 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

                     Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 1 May begin the probationary civil service probationary period.

Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments:

Woodford Jones, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $12.827 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Jeffrey Shelby, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $12.765 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

                     Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 3 May begin employment.
