COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment to the Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Granicus, Inc. for a high-definition web stream encoder and related software maintenance as part of the conversion project of moving GTV3 meeting coverage from standard-definition format to digital high-definition, for the Division of Government Communications.
