BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Granicus, Inc., for Legistar and Granicus software, maintenance, and the Boards and Commissions module.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $52,406.40 in FY 2018, be and hereby is approved for payment to Granicus, Inc. from accounts 1101-133001-75103 ($12,360.00) and 1101-202505-72205 ($40,046.40), pursuant to the terms of the Service Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
