Section 1 - That subsection line numbers 164.020 and 164.050 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength by and hereby is created to read as follows:
164.015 4 025 516N Family Court Services Specialist
Section 3 -That the incumbents be and hereby are transferred from exempt positions to non-exempt positions.
Section 4 - That the incumbent, Angelica Maldonado, be and hereby is reclassified from Social Services Coordinator, Grade 520E, at $1,946.72 biweekly, to Family Court Services Specialist, Grade 516N, at $24.334 hourly.
Section 5 - That the incumbent, Barbara McCreary, be and hereby is reclassified from Social Worker Sr., Grade 516E, at $2,285.68 biweekly, to Family Court Services Specialist, Grade 516N, at $28.571 hourly.
Section 6 - That the incumbent, Davina Warner, be and hereby is reclassified from Social Worker Sr., Grade 516E, at $1,898.56 biweekly, to Family Court Services Specialist, Grade 516N, at $23.732 hourly.
Section 7 - That the incumbent, Sue Wingate, be and hereby is reclassified from Social Worker Sr., Grade 516E, at $2,074.96 biweekly, to Family Court Services Specialist, Grade 516N, at $25.937 hourly.
Section 8 - That this Ordinance shall become effective the beginning of the next pay period following passage of Council.
