BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

                     615.035                     1                     806                     516E                                          Recreation Specialist Sr.

Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength by and hereby is created to read as follows:

                     615.015                     1                     553                     520E                                           Aging Services Program Manager

                      Section 3 - That the incumbent, Martha Duncan, be and hereby is reclassified from Recreation Specialist Sr., Grade 516E, at $1,924.64 biweekly, to Aging Services Program Manager, Grade 520E, at $2,194.08 biweekly.

                     Section 4 - That subsection line number 615.015 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.

Section 5 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength by and hereby is created to read as follows:

                     615.010                     1                     554                     524E                                           Aging Services Program Manager Sr.

                     Section 6 - That the incumbent, Sean Wright, be and hereby is reclassified from Aging Services Program Manager, Grade 520E, at $2,337.28 biweekly, to Aging Services Program Manager Sr., Grade 524E, at $2,664.48 biweekly.

                     Section 7 - That this Ordinance shall become effective the beginning of the next pay period following passage of Council.
