BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Stonewall PTA, Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning, Stonewall Community Association, Lexington Woman’s Club, Wellington Elementary PTA, Foodchain, Broke Spoke Lexington Community Bike Shop, Moveable Feast, Athens West Theatre Company, Pralltown Neighborhood Association, WGPL, Greenhouse17, Seedleaf, Fayette County Neighborhood Council, Inc., Magnolia Run Carriage Homes Association, Inc., The Lexington Hearing & Speech Center, Inc. and Hope Center, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stonewall PTA ($500), Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning ($1,000), Stonewall Community Association ($500), Lexington Woman’s Club ($500), Wellington Elementary PTA ($500), Foodchain ($400), Broke Spoke Lexington Community Bike Shop ($500), Moveable Feast ($500), Athens West Theatre Company ($500), Pralltown Neighborhood Association ($600), WGPL ($3,000), Greenhouse17 ($500), Seedleaf ($400), Fayette County Neighborhood Council, Inc. ($1,500), Magnolia Run Carriage Homes Association, Inc. ($500), The Lexington Hearing & Speech Center, Inc. ($1,520) and Hope Center, Inc. ($2,400), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
