BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, by and through its legal counsel, be and hereby is authorized to enter into the Stipulation and Recommendation (Settlement Agreement), and any other necessary related documents, in Kentucky Public Service Commission Case No. 2016-00370, pertaining to the rates of Kentucky Utilities Company, which settlement is subject to the approval of the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
