BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of ZKB Service, LLC, in the amount of $26,500.00, for Concrete Pad for Tornado Shelter, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $26,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to ZKB Service, LLC, from account #3200-505201-90511, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
