BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, LexArts, Living Arts and Science Center, Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning, Phoenix Rising of Lexington KY, Inc., The Lexington Woman’s Club, Inc., Squire Oak Home Owner’s Association, Seedleaf and United Way of the Bluegrass, for the Office of the Urban County Council
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to LexArts ($1,000.00), Living Arts and Science Center ($475.00), Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning ($725.00), Phoenix Rising of Lexington KY, Inc. ($900.00), The Lexington Woman’s Club, Inc. ($500.00), Squire Oak Home Owner’s Association ($775.00), Seedleaf ($2,250.00) and United Way of the Bluegrass ($625.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
